Hi! I’m Dev, a Specialist Orthodontist and I have had the honour of being the Principal of Sutton Orthodontics for the past five years. I grew up and did most of my training in London completing the Membership in Orthodontics examinations at the Royal College of Surgeons, England in 2001.
For the past twenty years I have worked in Specialist Practice in South London and have been dedicated in helping to create healthy, confidence building smiles for children and adults. The specialty has seen huge advances in the way we can do this and I can safely say that I still love what I do.
I strongly believe having a straight, healthy smile promotes life-long good oral healthcare and has long lasting benefits. When I’m not straightening teeth, I am a keen gym bunny, restaurant critic (unpaid) and theatre goer. COVID begone!Back to team
I graduated from the Royal Dental Hospital in London in 1982 and my postgraduate orthodontic qualification was obtained at King’s College, London in 1990. I have been working at Sutton Orthodontics since 1992. Since then I have also worked as a part time lecturer in the orthodontic department at King’s Dental Hospital as well as an orthodontist in the community service so have experience in all areas of orthodontic care.
I have two teenage children so most of my free time is spent acting as their taxi service and social secretary! I have also been a governor at their prep school for many years. The rest of the time I enjoy taking my dog for long walks and when possible the odd trip to the theatre.
I thoroughly enjoy my job and feel privileged to be able to work both with children and adults helping them achieve their aesthetic goals.Back to team

I graduated from India in 2001. After completing my MSc in research from Scotland, I registered with UK General Dental Council in 2008. I have special interests in orthodontics and minimally invasive dentistry.
In addition to caring for the dental health of patients in both private and NHS practices in Scotland and England, I have also worked as a clinical assistant in orthodontics with Specialist Orthodontists since 2010.
I enjoy working with all age groups but the opportunity to educate young children to understand how they can prevent dental disease really motivates me. I believe that good health, including healthy teeth and happy smiles, is the best gift we as parents can pass on to the next generation.
I have therefore limited my practice mainly to Orthodontics since the start of 2018, assisting Orthodontic Specialists with both NHS and private orthodontic care.
Outside dentistry, I enjoy playing cricket and being the father to my two little ones.
I look forward to meeting you and helping you to achieve the healthy smile you deserve!Back to team

I began dental nursing in 2003 and gained my NEBDN nursing qualification in 2005. I worked in General Dental Practices for 13 years and found my passion in orthodontics when I joined Sutton Orthodontics in June 2016.
This year, I achieved my goal and began my studies at Kings College Hospital as a Trainee Orthodontic Therapist.
I enjoy spending time with my lovely family, I am a mum of two, boy and a girl and I have two chihuahuas who make me smile! I enjoy practicing yoga, mainly Vinyasa and Sun salutations as well as meditating on a beach somewhere nice and hot!Back to team

Hi, I am Aaiza, the youngest of the Practice. I am currently completing my apprenticeship in Dental Nursing and will be qualifying by the end of June 2021.
My main goal has been to work within the health service, but I never really found my place until I started working at Sutton Orthodontics. It has been such an experience that has inspired me to progress further in my career in dentistry particularly, Orthodontics!
I joined the Practice in December 2019 and during my time here, I have gained so much knowledge and it has shown me how much I love working alongside the clinicians to help transform a patient’s smile.Back to team
Hi, I am Meg! I joined the team here at Sutton Orthodontics in July 2019 as the Business Manager.
The most rewarding part of my job is seeing my vision come to life alongside working with the Principal, Dev! We have had a complete digital transformation during my time here- out with the fax and franking machines and in the new digital world!
The strangest thing for me prior to working at Sutton Orthodontics, I had a fear of visiting the dentist and being in a dental chair – It is now safe to say we are past that!
Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym ,travelling and trying out new restaurants!Back to team
I joined the team back in January 2021 after 6 years as an operations manager at reputable health and fitness companies.
My previous experience working in a fast pace organised environment is very beneficial to my job role now at Sutton Orthodontics. In my free time, I enjoy working out and going on long walks.
Being on holiday makes me smile the most!Back to team
I joined the Sutton Orthodontics team in July 2019. I previously worked as an administrator in a bank as well as for a property developing company.
I really enjoy administrative work and just knew the role of a receptionist would be prefect for me as I enjoy meeting and conversing with people.
Alongside my part-time role at Sutton Orthodontics, I am also a busy mummy of two children. Being a mum is definitely what makes me smile as I love spending time with my children and taking them on days out.
Shopping and eating out are also my favourite things to do and as all my colleagues know, I never say no to a cuppa and biccys!Back to team
