Our Relationship Statement

We would like to thank you for referring your patients to Sutton Orthodontics for their orthodontic treatment. Our aim is to provide treatment of the highest standard in a timely manner, keeping our referrers informed of their patient’s treatment plans and progress.

We are always on hand to discuss your concerns and aim to deal with any queries as soon as possible.

We accept all referrals electronically using our online referral form. This aims to capture as much information as possible including enabling attaching relevant clinical records. We will acknowledge all referrals on receipt before forwarding to our Specialist Orthodontists who review the information provided. They will personally reach out if further information is required prior to seeing the patients. To avoid delays we ask for all information provided to be accurate. Attaching clinical records is extremely helpful in arranging initial consultations as quickly as possible for those patients in most need.

We do also welcome referrals of patients with mild malocclusions as well as adult patients however we ask that the parent/guardian/carer are informed that NHS funding may not be available.
